
Lucy set up GD in April 2004 and is responsible for managing the project portfolio, as well as overseeing all visual output, client relationships and new business. She graduated from Goldsmiths’ in 2000 and worked for leading fashion brands before setting up her own company.
Lucy has led on a number of projects, including; large regeneration and redevelopment projects and a variety of arts and physical branding commissions. Lucy is experienced in creating narratives within work and is able to capture and communicate the project or client vision in innovative ways.

Theo Joined GD in early 2009. During this time he has worked on a range of project that include, bid submissions, wayfinding commisions, web design and sales and marketing materials.
Since finishing his degree in Graphic Design, Theo has gained commercial experience working in design roles for PR, Marketing and Design agencies, on briefs for b2b and b2c clients. He has a good understanding of design for print and processes, web design and identity work, as well as experience in more traditional techniques, including screen printing, book binding and letterpress.

Rachel graduated from the University of Reading in 2008 with an MDES in Typography and Graphic Communication. She has since gained experience working as an information and graphic designer, specialising in wayfinding, mapping and signage.
Rachel has strong design skills and is able to create imaginative environments within print to communicate ideas. She is excellent at client and portfolio management with impeccable organisation skills and a clear head as a deadline approaches.
