Christchurch Earthquake rebuild branding

We were recently asked to work with some colleagues who have moved to New Zealand, to create a new branding and bid proposal for the proposed redevelopment of the first commercial building to be rebuilt following the earthquake in Christchurch.

Our concept centred around the reintegration of the new commercial centre, back into the existing masterplan and relied heavily upon a graphic device of the local river. The river was styled to look essentially like a ribbon, and was used to thread all content together through the document.

A red foil ribbon river was applied to the case bound cloth covered outer covers with the device used on every page, linking sections and concepts together.
