Dean Gardens Bid Design

At the end of 2011, we were invited to put the bid proposal for the Dean Gardens regeneration project in London Borough of Ealing.

Working with a team comprised of Notting Hill Housing Group, Hill Partnership and architects PCKO, we put together a perfect bound book sequentially answering prescriptive questions. We created a light-hearted sub-narrative of quotes to enrich the design submission. The quotes were taken directly from the core design principles, including illustrating themes such as connecting neighbourhoods, green amenity space, sustainability, inclusivity and regenerated places.
