Trenchard House bid design

Working with a team comprised if First Base, Ardmore and Peabody and with architects AHMM, we were asked to address this well know site in Soho, London for an HCA DPP competition submission.

We used photography commissioned from the local area and key design features illustrated by AHMM to tell the story of regeneration and illustrate the leopard changes to this existing building.
