The Terrace E8, property marketing materials

Spurstowe Terrace in Hackney E8, is a new build project comprised of 30 homes. Our client Notting Hill Home Ownership commissioned us to produce branding and sales and marketing for the shared ownership homes within the overall development.

We produced site branding, hoardings and print materials including floorplan and development brochure, press advertising, HTML emails, coming soon fliers and billboard posters.

We also provided artwork to be integrated into the marketing suite to provide a cohesive approach to the marketing strategy.
