Silchester bid design

The Silchester estate is an area of London Borough of Kensington & Chelsea made available under a programme of regeneration in 2011.

We were asked to put together a two stage bid submission by our client Family Mosaic, within a fairly rigourous content structure.

We created a series of bespoke paper over board ring binders, wrapped in a GF Smith Colourplan stock. We then applied a white foil finish to both the corporate and site specific branding. Each binder was housed in a contrasting coloured outer slip case with matching foil branding.

The document structure was very prescriptive in the way the responses needed to be communicated and we set out each section with an individual primary colour palette with supporting brand elements carried throughout the whole submission.
