Officers Field, property sales and marketing materials
Osprey Quay is a project we have been involved in since 2007, when we produced a bid document for our client ZeroC to help them secure this interesting site in Portland, Weymouth.
The project succeeded in securing the contract with the Olympic Delivery Authority for the new homes to be leased for use by Olympic sailors in the 2012 Games, prior to purchaser handovers later that year. The site overlooks the recently completed Marina complex and will be specifically adapted for use by the sailors.
Located along the Jurassic coast and with views overlooking Chesil beach, the site, comprised of 58 private for sale and 19 shared accommodation properties is a prime location for local investors and families looking to upgrade.
After completing the successful land bud and assisting with the ODA proposals, we were commissioned to create a full package of sales and marketing materials for the private for sale units. This included a full branding exercise, sales website with full Content Management System, all press and digital advertising, hoardings on site, development brochure, floorplan brochures, HTML mailouts and local newsletter designs.
The project is nearing completion, ready for the Olympic occupations and has already secured 15% of units as reserved post 2012.
