Ladderswood bid design

Working with our clients Notting Hill Housing Group and Higgins, we were asked to create a bid document to this regeneration tender opportunity in London Borough of Enfield.

We created a concept of ‘full circle’ aiming to restore the now neglected area to it’s former stature and reconnect it back into the existing community fabric.

Our response consisted of a series of bespoke paper over board ring binders housed within corresponding slip cases all carrying the project branding. The document narrated the story of the place through a series of chapters, and we worked with the architecture and landscape teams to ensure a consistent approach with all book elements such as colour palette used and style of analysis diagrams.

This helped to reinforce a cohesive aesthetic to the entire submission.
