Gallions Quarter bid design

We were approached by a long term client of ours – Notting Hill Housing Group and asked to produce a high profile bid document for the Gallions Quarter site in London Borough of Newham. Working with a large team of developers, contractor, housing providers and a design team comprised of AHMM, Feilden Clegg Bradley, MacCreanor lavington and MUF, we created a document in the style of a magazine or journal.

The magazine contained feature articles, editorial and stories to help narrate the scheme proposals. Each page was designed to relate specifically to the content featured within it and worked successfully with a predominantly monotone palette with feature colours per feature section.
