Dudley Guest, branding and bid design

Our client Persimmon Homes, commissioned us to put together a branding and bid submission for this former hospital site in Dudley, Birmingham. Reflecting the era of historical context, we reinterpreted type to add additional presence to the bid document. A muted colour palette, simple use of page layouts and illustrations helped to explain both the project context and future proposals.
